After payment is verified, tracking is sent business days after 4pm
How long until I receive my order?
Shipping typically takes 1-2 business days. We send tracking within 24 business day hours of receipt
Do you send signature required?
No, not unless requested. If there is a risk of theft you must request this
What is the policy on lost parcels?
We work with Canada Post to investigate the parcel status. We cannot guarantee a replacement will be sent and will deal with them on a case by case basis. Refunds will never be issued, only replacements.
